You want to lose weight, and despite the fact you know you'll look and feel better you just can't find the motivation to take off the weight and keep it off. You need EXTERNAL MOTIVATION.
This is not a new concept, You win a sporting event -- you get a trophy. You work hard -- you get a bonus (or a promotion, etc). Success is rewarded. It's called motivation. So what motivates you? What would motivate you to lose the weight and keep it off? How about kinky sex? Would that do it?
If so then this may be for you. Ok, sure it probably works better to motivate guys that gals, but honestly, it doesn't have to be sex. It could be romance or anything you'd like to do together that will motivate you to reach your goals of healthy lifestyle.
And there are rules. Here are the basics:
You should set interim goals, every 5 or 10 pounds from your current weight to your final target weight. Also a monthly maintenance goal.
