"Kinky Weight Loss?!?  What's That?"  I'm sure you said something like this upon finding this site.  So here it is in a nutshell.  You want to lose weight, and despite the fact you know you'll look and feel better you just can't find the motivation to take off the weight and keep it off.  You need EXTERNAL MOTIVATION.

This is not a new concept,  You win a sporting event -- you get a trophy.  You work hard -- you get a bonus (or a promotion, etc).  Success is rewarded.  It's called motivation.  So what motivates you?  What would motivate you to lose the weight and keep it off?  How about kinky sex?  Would that do it?

If so then this may be for you.  Ok, sure it probably works better to motivate guys that gals, but honestly, it doesn't have to be sex.  It could be romance or anything you'd like to do together that will motivate you to reach your goals of healthy lifestyle.

And there are rules.  Here are the basics:

  1. Sex is not manipulation - Sex should NEVER be used to manipulate your spouse and that is not the goal here. Regular sexual conduct should continue as it normally has throughout your relationship.
  2. To count, a target weight goal must be hit and maintained for 2 days in a row for the reward to be earned.
  3. Once earned the reward should be scheduled immediately and granted within ten days unless not possible.  
  4. Rewards should stretch the boundaries of your sexual relationship and perhaps lead to new and enjoyable activities for the future.
  5. Rewards should not mentally, physically or emotionally abuse either spouse or be forced in any way.  Both spouses must mutually and willingly agree to the rewards in advance -- no surprises or “to be determined”
  6. MAKE IT FUN FOR EVERYONE!

You should set interim goals, every 5 or 10 pounds from your current weight to your final target weight.  Also a monthly maintenance goal.
